This page is aimed at describing the website's administrative procedures concerning the processing of its
users' personal data.

This statement is produced pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data
Protection Code for those users who interact with the web services of C.S.R. snc (as "Data Controller", who
must supply users with relevant information when the latter connect to web pages) accessible by internet
starting from the page: http://www.marpolfr.com, corresponding to the homepage of the official website:
www.marpolfr.com. This statement is prompted by the guidelines of art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC on
the collection of personal data on-line in order to identify several minimum actions to apply for the affected
persons to ensure the data are processed lawfully and fairly according to articles 6, 7, 10 and 11 of
Directive 95/46/EC.
2. Personal data source
When consulting this site, the system could process personal data of persons (identified or that could be
identified) collected at the moment of their registration by filling in the forms provided on the website. The
data controller is MARPOLFR s.r.l. with offices in Sasso Marconi (BO) V.A.T. no. 02109531208.
3. Data processing place and purpose
The processing operations connected to the web services of this website take place at the above-
mentioned offices and are carried out only by technical personnel in charge of processing. Personal data
are collected and processed for the following purposes:
to provide the requested services, in particular the creation and delivery of quotations and information.
With the registration, each user gives consent to our processing of his/her e-mail address for the purposes
mentioned above. It is possible to delete one's own address by clicking on the suitable deletion link
available in the advertisement e-mail.
To ensure service efficiency, we inform you that personal data could be used for technical and verification
tests. Personal data provided by users accessing the service (Website) are used to provide the requested
services and are not disclosed to third parties, unless specifically required by the law or strictly necessary
to meet customer's requests.
4. Data processing rules
The IT systems and software procedures provided for website operation acquire, during their normal
operation, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication
protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated to identified data subjects, but due to
its same nature could, by means of processing and integration with data held by third parties, allow users
to be identified.

5. Data supplied by the user

entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary in order to reply to the requests, and
also of any other personal data contained in the message. We invite our customers to avoid specifying
names or other personal data of third parties in service requests or questions, unless absolutely necessary.

Cookies are textual elements entered on a computer hard-disk only upon authorisation. Upon relevant

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no.
196/2003, to obtain at any time confirmation as to whether such data exist and to know their content and
source, check their accuracy or request their integration, updating or rectification. The subjects the
personal data are referred to have also the right to obtain the deletion, anonymisation or blocking of data
that have been processed unlawfully, and also to object in any case to their processing, on legitimate
grounds.
The requests made pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 must be submitted to the
controller of the personal data this statement refers to, i.e. MARPOLFR s.r.l. that has appointed itself and
its co-operators in charge of delivering the services as Data Controller. The same controller shall be responsible of providing feedback in case of claims of the rights mentioned
above.
